At Private School Admissions Advisors (PSAA), we provide private school admissions counseling and placement to assist students and their families prepare for admission to U.S. independent day and boarding schools.
I. Who are we?
We are a team of educational advisors from Pinnacle Educational Center with over 15 years experience in the educational advisory business. We understand the value of education and the competitive nature of the independent school admissions process.
Our cutting-edge knowledge and experience in educational and admissions advising afford us the ability to successfully help our clients navigate the process and have results.
For international families: We are NOT EDUCATION AGENTS and have no financial relationships with private schools who wish to simply increase their enrollment by accepting international students!
We are NOT an Internet company! We have 4 brick and mortar offices, headquartered in Woodbridge, CT and additional offices located in Greenwich, CT; Manhattan, and Boston.

A. We offer informed, unbiased and impartial advice to domestic and international families at every stage of the private school admissions process - school search stage through post-decision stage.
B. We visit numerous independent day and boarding school campuses each year. We perform a hands on analysis and evaluate each school's academic programs, facilities, faculty, administration and students.
C. We contact and meet with heads of schools, board and board members, executive directors, admissions directors, and enrollment directors to fully evaluate the true chemistry of a school.
D. Our staff and admissions experts participate in a variety of organizations and conferences for independent schools, including those sponsored by NYSAIS (New York State Association of Independent Schools), CAIS (Connecticut Association of Independent Schools), NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools), TABS (The Association of Boarding Schools), AISNE (Association of Independent Schools in New England), ISANNE (Independent School Association of Northern New England) and WBSA (Western Boarding Schools Association).

We assess and evaluate student and family needs, discuss goals, weigh the importance of school factors such as educational philosophy/mission, location, cost, size, athletics, arts, academic rigor, faculty, personal attention to individual students, diversity, multiculturalism, student happiness and college placement; and gain a true sense of the range of selection a family has in mind in their research of independent schools.
